After the program, I was completely blown away by my before and after photos. The results were better than I could have ever expected and to be honest, I wasn't always compliant with the program. This program has taught me what my body is capable of and as a former runner, I've never felt stronger!

When I began RetiFit I was a new mom, about 7 months postpartum. I was looking for a program to help me get back into shape without having to also change my diet all at once. When I came across RetiFit I knew it was doable at 3X per week for 30 minutes each with my schedule. I started the program modifying almost all the workouts since I hadn't been working out. After a short time, I realized I was getting stronger. So much so that I no longer needed to modify anymore. That in itself was super motivating....

This program has given me back the meaningful edge that I crave. As a former college athlete, working out for nothing is my biggest hurdle. The RetiFit Lifestyle Program was a game-changer for me. I finally had an effective routine that I could do at home whenever I had the time and had a group of people to support me! Ali also hosts an online community and her coaching is everything you would expect it to be from the fitness expert and kind person that she is. The workouts are both creative and killer, and the design of the 90 day journey is genius. I would do it again in a heartbeat!

This is a high quality and well-thought out exercise program. For me, the hardest thing about working out before this was actually getting motivated to get to the gym, but with this plan, the gym is wherever you are! Exercises can be done from the comfort of your own home or wherever you happen to find yourself. After the 90-day program was over, I found that I was 10 lbs lighter and those shorts I bought at the beginning of the summer were starting to feel a little bit loose. My wife and I actually did the exercises together almost every time. It was a great way to encourage each other and feel better both personally and as a couple. "Progress over perfection" is a great motto and one that I found repeating to myself even in non-athletic environments.
