Freedom - Life isn't black and white, so why should your health and fitness be any different? If you struggle with the "all or nothing" mentality, I want you to know there IS hope.

The freedom to move my body the way it desired, freedom to eat the nutritious foods my body was craving, freedom to take time off when I was sick, sore or simply wanted to spend time with family and friends.
If you struggle with this -- I got you. You don't have to walk this road alone.
I can tell you firsthand that it takes work, it takes forgiving yourself daily, and it takes loosening the reigns on yourself and others in order to get to the other side. But you know what?
