This week on the Mind Your Fitness Podcast we're discussing why goals don't always serve us in the greatest way. Why the tiniest of habits add up to the biggest changes in our lives. Why shifting our identity and embodying who we desire to be helps us to step into our power of who we want to be. 

This episode was inspired by James Clear's new book "Atomic Habits." A book I highly recommend reading. It's one of the most aligning books I've read when it comes to creating lasting behavior change and results that empower us.

If you aren't familiar with Human Design, you are in for a real treat. I discovered it in January of 2018 and have been curious ever since. Reading everything I can get my hands on and having my own chart read. 

Enter Asha. We connected online and I noticed she was a Human Design Expert (no coincidences). I reached out to her to come on the podcast and share her 13 year journey with using HD, how she uses it to parent and help her clients find true happiness inside of themselves.
